Manual & Systemic Steps
Adding the ability to flag to each Process Step, indicating whether it is Manual or Systemic. In addition, we have added another flag to indicate whether a Step is a key Communication Step . All these flags are indicated by icons on the Process Steps.
Input & Output Steps
We enhanced the Process Steps in opmodal to automatically render the Inputs and Outputs as Steps on the flow. This allows users to be specific re. which Process Steps are linked to those Inputs and Outputs.
Processes as Supplier & Customer
As a further enhancement to the Supplier – Inputs and Output – Customers, we added ‘Process’ as a Supplier / Customer Type. This allows the user to select another Process in opmodal and create Connected Process links,
Q2 2024
Process Uploader
Taking a pre-existing process inventory and loading it into opmodal, this uploader accepts a .csv file and automatically creates initial Process States in the platform - speeding up client onboarding.
Business Blueprint
A logical functional model, unique to and designed by each Company in opmodal. This acts as a logical map overlay across opmodal, linking Processes to Value Streams and to the top-level Business Blueprint.
Child Company Look-Through
For opmodal Companies who have Child (or Client) Companies set up in the system, we are introducing the ability to optionally view and interact with that Child Company data from within the main or parent company.

Collapsible Connected Processes
Allowing the user to determine how may levels up and downstream they wish to view when using the Compare States function in opmodal, by implementing the ability to expand and collapse the Connected Processes map.
Health Score Improvements
We will allow Companies to set their own preferred weightings to the different components of the Health Scores, and add additional metrics regarding 'connectedness'.
Multi-Process Compare States
As an extended feature building upon the Child Company Look-through, we will be extending the Compare States function to allow comparison of States of different Processes – including those in different Child Companies.

The ability to present Search results in opmodal as (optionally) the Connected Processes view. Would give a visual guide to all impacted Processes. Likely some extension of Search function / combination of Search & Filter.
Microsoft CoPilot Integration
Going one step beyond Single Sign On, integrating opmodal into Microsoft Teams and MS365 CoPilot AI to further enhance ease of use for Enterprise clients.
